Welcome to my apartment surrounded by nature!
OUR BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
Surrounded by the beauty of our vineyards, you can enjoy the surrounding landscapes and also book a wine testing in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, savoring the tranquility of the countryside. It’s an experience not to be missed for lovers of fine wine and nature—a moment to share with friends and family to create lasting memories of this extraordinary vacation among the vineyards.

Starting in late April 2024, you can enjoy the surrounding landscape while soaking in the new HOT TUB located in the outdoor courtyard, shared with the other two apartments.

Located on the second floor without an elevator, it welcomes you with its charming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards.
My property has been recently renovated and places a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and features:

- Kitchen: equipped with an induction cooktop, it’s fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, including dishes, a toaster, and a coffee maker to start your day off right.
It’s the ideal place to relax, featuring a comfortable French-style sofa bed (138 cm × 185 cm) and a TV to enjoy your downtime. The panoramic window offers a spectacular view of the lush surrounding countryside, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

- Two bedrooms: a very comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm × 190 cm), a closet where you can store all your clothes and personal items, and a Smart TV.

- Two bathrooms: both are equipped with every amenity, including a spacious shower to refresh yourself after a day spent outdoors.
We provide complimentary Welcome Kits containing shampoo, body wash, and soap.
Each guest will have three towels of different sizes (large, medium, and small) at their disposal.

For true wine lovers, we offer the opportunity to book a tasting of our renowned wines. You can savor the unique flavors of our wines while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

For those traveling in electric cars, there is a convenient charging station, making your stay even more eco-friendly and convenient.

To ensure ideal comfort year-round, the apartment is equipped with three air conditioners, one in each room.
This ensures a cool environment in the summer and a comfortable temperature in the winter.

Outside, you’ll find a dedicated space where you can relax and enjoy the fresh, clean country air, equipped with a fire pit and two barbecues.

You’ll also have the option to rent electric-assist bicycles on-site, with or without a guide.

Whether it’s breakfast in the sun or an evening under the stars, this little corner of paradise will allow you to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself fully in the beauty of nature.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment and the outdoor area to enjoy the peace and serenity of this place.

I’m always available to assist you with anything you might need.
