About this apartment rental
Nice 2-room apartment of 60m2 in a quiet villa, panoramic sea view, fully equipped, with a private terrace. Covered parking in the property.
5min walk from the city center, 10min from the beach, 8min from the train station and 3min from bus stops.
Access to the apartment via external stairs in the garden (about 40 steps).
For a maximum of 3 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed + sofa that converts into a single bed.
It was renovated in 2020: laminate flooring, bathroom redone with Italian shower, front door, Nice-style aluminum shutters, mosquito nets in each window, 3-speed ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom.
- RENTAL:
Only from Saturday to the following Saturday. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures at 10am max. For the months of January, February and November, you can change the day of arrival or departure, see if possible at 0649326648.
- HOUSEKEEPING:
Flat rate of 50€ per stay to be paid on site.

Really good choice if you want to stay in Beaulieu for a nice holiday. Spacious, comfortably equipped, quiet, amazingly located with a magnificent view, yet only 5–7 min by foot from town center and beach.Very friendly landlord. (Though, you should have some degree of tolerance towards the grandmother as soon as she'll be knocking ;-)Private parking is included, with even more spectacular view on the Rade de Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat.
