The apartment is located right in the heart of Seville’s Historic District, a two-minute walk from the famous Alameda de Hércules, one of the city’s most renowned entertainment and bar districts, where you can enjoy a delightful culinary tour sampling both Spanish and international cuisine. It is also a 5-minute walk from the heart of Seville, the popular Campana-Sierpes-Tetuán area with its fashion boutiques.
From the apartment, you can walk—in most cases, in no more than 15 minutes—to all of Seville’s major landmarks: the Giralda and the Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias, the Torre del Oro, the Bullring, the Museum, City Hall, Parasol-Encarnación, the Torre de Don Fadrique, etc., etc., as well as the popular neighborhoods of La Alfalfa, Arenal, Santa Cruz, and more, where you can sample and enjoy tapas at the numerous bars and flamenco tablaos: Los Gallos, La Carbonería, Patio Andaluz, Tablao Arenal,…

The apartment, located on the first floor of a stately Sevillian courtyard house, has a floor area of 75 m2 and consists of an open-concept space that includes the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room—all separated by decorative movable screens. It also features a separate bedroom and bathroom, as well as a private patio, ideal for enjoying breakfasts, dinners, and snacks in a cozy setting.
Access from the street to the apartment is direct via a covered walkway and a foyer; the difference in level between the apartment and the street is bridged by two steps, making it ideal for older guests.
The living room features: a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a closet, a desk, a TV stand, and two rocking chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, washing machine, refrigerator, and all the kitchenware needed for a pleasant stay. It also features a large dining table with four chairs.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi, a TV, and heating and cooling.

Definitely one of the best VRBO stays that we have had. Everything from the location, the orientation by Gonzalo, the welcome food basket, the clean towels after a couple of days stay made it a fabulous stay

Terrific apartment with everything you would need for a holiday. Ricardo and Gonzales were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, as it is near all the buzz of the city. The welcome pack was amazing and totally unexpected. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Seville. Many thanks Ricardo and Gonzales.
