The property is only 5 years old & the furniture is all new. So please try to take care of the property. Also very close to many restaurants, Amarillo civic cents & downtown. 15 minutes from the Rick husband airport.

Master suite bathroom was not clean. There was a dryer full of wet towels. No blankets to be found anywhere in the house. It was cold at night. Only very small amount of hand soap present.
