About this apartment rental
Simple basement apartment with a large terrace. Private gas grill. It stays pleasantly cool in the summer. There is a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a very small bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), a small living room, and a kitchenette.
Two private bicycles are available. For bicycles you bring with you, we have a garage with charging facilities for e-bikes.
The apartment is located in the basement of our Seelust vacation home in Uhldingen. Living area: 40 m². The house is in a very quiet location, about 150 m as the crow flies from the lake. It’s a 350-meter walk to the lake (swimming area). Kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a private terrace in the garden. TV with satellite reception; Wi-Fi is available. Three canoes are available for shared use with the other vacation apartments (1-person, 3-person, 3-person). Large shared garden.
Please note that the municipality of Uhldingen charges a visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per night, which we will collect from you and forward to the municipality. This includes the EchtBodenseeCard, which allows you to use buses and trains in the region free of charge.
The “Seelinie” bus stop is located 150 meters from the house. Buses run from there approximately every 15 minutes toward Überlingen and toward Meersburg/Ferry, Hagnau, Immenstaad, and Friedrichshafen. The Meersburg/Konstanz ferry is 3 kilometers away.
