Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use right outside the villa. I would rent this villa again.

We had a wonderful stay and the property was just as described. Clean, well supplied and comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to visit with family in the area that we could sit out and enjoy the view. Our first day, we actually had a manatee, live conch, parrot fish, and others come to visit us at the shore. Plenty of good food nearby. My wife and I are looking forward to doing it again.

We loved the view from both decks and even saw dolphins just a few feet from our bank.

Location was great and nice view of Duck Key. Definitely paying for location. When first arrived, the place smelled musty and moldy. Place didn't seem cleaned or maybe been locked up for a while. A lot of dust and floor wasn't swept. Huge roach in bathroom and bedding had stains. Looked for a broom to sweep, property didn't have one. It sleeps for 6 but small and not enough bedding. Recommend to bring pillows and blankets if you plan to stay more than 1 or 2 days.Bed are not comfortable. Woke up with hip pain. Overall I recommend 3 stars especially for the price. Property Manager answered messages in reasonable time.
