RENOVATED LAKEFRONT APARTMENT, ideal for families with children, located in the SAN BENEDETTO Residence at Via Parini 3, in Peschiera del Garda (S. Benedetto neighborhood), in the area between Camping Bergamini and Fornaci.
The residence features a large shared LAKEFRONT garden with direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path leading to the historic center of Peschiera del Garda.
The beach in front of the residence is free and open to the public, and just a few meters away is a paid beach that allows pets.
Just a short walk from the SAN BENEDETTO Residence and along the lakefront, you’ll find restaurants and bars that will make your evenings very pleasant, relaxing, and romantic.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom (COMPLETELY RENOVATED) with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The living room features a kitchenette and a small terrace, all located on the first floor, offering a view of the lake.
All rooms, except for the bathroom, are equipped with a heat pump system (heating and cooling).
The property also includes an outdoor, uncovered parking space shared with the building.
Internet access is included in the price of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We travelled with dog. The location of the flat directly on the dog beach with a view of the lake is very nice. We could park the car directly on the premises. Check in and communication with the host was good.
The flat is clean, but simply furnished. We will be happy to come back.
