Family-friendly waterfront townhome at the Yachtsman Condominium (Hyannis, Cape Cod). Our family has enjoyed this special spot for 50+ years. Spacious layout with multiple decks, including a private rooftop balcony with panoramic bay views.

Great location, great communication with the owners. House was very clean on arrival. Couple of things (iron/kettle) in the listing that was not there but these were minor points and for the price/location I will certainly be returning.

This unit at the yachtsman is on the beach, a private beach literally steps from your patio. It doesn’t get much better than that!!! The views of the harbor are spectacular. It’s also a short walk to Kalyn’s beach where the scallop shells were a plenty! House is on 3 levels, so plenty of space and privacy for our young adult kids. The heated pool in the complex is a nice amenity. The unit is a convenient walk to the harbor for restaurants, artist shanties, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. House was well stocked in the kitchen and with beach chairs for use. Thank you Bill and Deb for sharing your wonderful home with us!

We enjoyed the thoroughness of the host and the great location in Hyannis. The host was helpful from start to finish. The accommodations were excellent, from the cleanliness to the amenities.The town was very walkable from the lodging. Beach out the back door ! We loved it!!
