** Welcome to Pilgrims Paradise West Haven **

A truly fantastic villa in the highly sought-after resort of Pilgrims Paradise West, 15 minutes from Disney.

This beautiful 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom villa with private pool, spa, and games room sits in the exclusive gated community of West Haven. Our villa is a second home to us — we stay here regularly and take pride in keeping it clean and well maintained.

** THE VILLA **

Our villa's interior features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 8-foot ceilings and large balconies on the front of the house. The open-plan layout is extremely welcoming, with a spacious family room and dining area.

Our family room has a PlayStation and Xbox with a large 65" TV — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

Our kitchen is fitted with solid wood cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and a handy double oven. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining is provided, including a full-size washer and dryer.

**THE BEDROOMS**

Our master suite is on the first floor, with a king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom, and beautiful balcony. The en-suite features a double vanity, walk-in shower, huge garden tub, and access to the master balcony.

We have a second master suite on the second floor with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Our third bedroom has another queen-size bed. Our fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own bathroom across the hall — this bedroom has Mickey-themed decor and is great for the kids!

All bedrooms have a TV, and the family room plus both master bedrooms have 65" Roku TVs. Our home sleeps 8 guests very comfortably in 4 large bedrooms, with plenty of room to spread out.

**THE POOL**

Your outdoor sanctuary is the large, south-facing pool and spa, with spectacular conservation views — complete with an abundance of sun loungers, outdoor seating, a screened-in lanai, and plenty of shade. The beautiful tiled deck with its covered area makes it the perfect spot for enjoying Florida's incredible weather. The pool and spa are heated at an additional cost, so you can enjoy swimming all year round.

**FITNESS & PARKS**

For guests who want to exercise, the villa has a comprehensive gym. It's a 5-minute walk to the local park, with outdoor exercise equipment, a walking/jogging trail, and volleyball and basketball courts.

**THE WEST HAVEN COMMUNITY**

Guests have exclusive access to the community's 18-hole golf course (fee may apply), with its own large clubhouse and restaurant. West Haven's fantastic facilities include a clubhouse, basketball courts, a play area, and a large volleyball court. The community clubhouse has an adult lap pool, a children's pool with a water slide, and a lazy river! There is a large spa (additional cost) and a comprehensive fitness center. West Haven also has Foster Park, a small water park that's a fun place for the little ones. We're a 5-minute drive to the clubhouse, a 5-minute walk to the local park, and 10 minutes to Lake Eva.

**SAFETY & SECURITY**

We want you to feel safe and secure. The community has security gates, and the villa has an alarm system plus smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. This is a no-smoking, no-pets villa.

**LOCATION**

We're ideally located: 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 5 minutes to Posner Park and the ChampionsGate shopping center with its variety of restaurants, 10 minutes to Davenport's main street, supermarkets, and restaurants, 15 minutes to ChampionsGate, and 20 minutes to Celebration. All major highways, including the new Poinciana Parkway, are easily reached from West Haven.
