'Wastin' Away' is a cabin that has been remodeled with modern conveniences. It is a small house, with two bedrooms and 1 bath, but has a large living area. It is close to the beautiful Gulf beaches, offering guests real value in their visit to the beach.
'Wastin' Away' is fully furnished- all you need to bring is your food and clothing for a fun time at our un-crowded, beautiful white sand beaches which is located less than 100 yards.
For those interested in bay or gulf fishing, a public boat launch on the Fort Morgan historic site, approximately 2 miles away, offers quick access to both Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
Pets are allowed on our beaches as is alcohol, plus you don't have to remove beach equipment every evening.

The house is set up nice, small bedrooms but nice large kitchen and living room area. No wasted space. Short enough walk to the beach we could come back and cook for the kids and take it back to the beach. House was clean and check in was quick. If available we still there again.

We had a good stay.The house was just as described.Had everything we needed.The cleaning could have been a little better.And there is a key for door.That was a little inconvenient for coming and going.Other than that i feel we got what we paid for and i would recommend.

Adorable and clean little house! We loved that it was pet friendly (including the beach), that the beach was just a short walk down the road, and that the washer and dryer was full size and easy access. We liked sitting outside on the deck after the evening storms while we were there. The bathroom is small but we are hefty folks and had no problems with it. The dog loved making the circle through the house checking on everyone. We loved the big kitchen island, we could keep our snacks on it, prepare food, everyone had room to eat, etc. If I had any complaints it was the dead bolt, we had a terrible time getting it open and never could get it closed again. If there was a trick to it, we never figured it out. But other than that minor issue, everything was great!
