This was a great home for a big family beach trip and I definitely recommend! Getting to the beach was easier than staying at a large condo. Elevator was very convenient. I would recommend making your beach service reservations a couple weeks in advance if prime beach spot is important to you. We did not, but we still had a good spot up front. The community was very nice and polite, but the HOA does enforce all the rules so don’t block the sidewalk in the driveway. The pot coffee make seemed to be missing a part so it didn’t work correctly, but there is also a k-cup maker. I was not prepared for the check out process of ensuring all bracelets were accounted for. I had no idea how many were there upon arrival so take inventory before pool/beach use so you aren’t charged extra at check out. Overall, great stay with great beach access and walkable to the crab trap and captain Dave’s. We enjoyed it very much and the host is very easy to communicate with!

This property had plenty of room and comfortable spots for our large group to find a relaxing spot or enjoy time together. The location was good and the walk to the beach was not far which made it convenient to walk back to the house if needed. There were some things that didn’t work quite right in the house but the property manager was really quick to help and offered wonderful service. This was just what we needed.

The house was very clean. The Beach view from the porch was wonderful. The stove and ice machine were not working. Contacted the rental company and they were sending someone to repair both. Otherwise the house was a great layout for 11 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely recommend this house. Looking to book it again next May.

We enjoyed our stay overall. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the elevator, as our grandfather is in his 80s and unable to climb stairs. Unfortunately, it was not working on the day we arrived. While the property manager checked on it while we were out at dinner and let us know it was fixed, it stopped working again on the third day. This created a significant inconvenience, especially since several members of our group have knee and leg issues.Had we known there were ongoing problems with the elevator, we would have chosen a different place to stay. When an elevator is a key feature particularly for older guests it’s a major concern if it isn’t functioning.
