The apartment is located in a renovated farmhouse halfway between the sea and the Marche Apennines (about 20 min). It has a separate entrance. It features spacious gardens for sports and relaxation. Ideal for those traveling with children and pets. One of the gardens is fully fenced for pets to roam freely. In another garden, you can dine outdoors, with a barbecue available for grilling under the stars.
The farmhouse, dating back to the 1800s, was once a farmstead where several farming families lived. On the first floor were the stable, the woodshed, the pigsty, and other spaces used to store farm vehicles and equipment. The farmhouse is located on a property of about 20 hectares, on the plain surrounded by rolling hills. A pleasant walk of just a few minutes takes you to “la casa di terra,” a rural monument representing a peasant dwelling, built with water and mud—typical of the Marche region—and one of only two examples still intact. Continuing on, you’ll reach the Misa River, which flows through a section of the estate. Near the property lies the Muracce Archaeological Site, a Roman settlement of the ancient city of Ostra, where some ruins are still visible.
