Spacious for our family of 5. Having a washer and dryer in the unit came in handy.

This was a great place to relax, get away from traffic and timeliness, and enjoy the beach. Easy access to several beaches that were not crowded and had nice sand. Unit has beach chairs and an umbrella for use. The unit was quiet and spacious. It's very close to a grocery store and many great places to eat. We never left Key Biscayne except to take a snorkeling tour through Biscayne National park, which I highly recommend. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Nice clean and comfortable property. AC was awesome and kitchen well stocked with necessary cooking utensils. Very convenient to beach, groceries and dining.

Location was great; unfortunately the sargassum made the nearby beach undesirable pretty much for our whole stay. Check NOAA.gov's Sargassum Risk tool for more info. We ended up going to Hobie Island Beach Park on our beach days. The building's pool needed cleaning when we got there, but still hadn't been serviced at all by the time we left 6 days later; probably out of the control of the host, but it did affect the stay.
