About this apartment rental
This is a Waterfront location right on Tampa Bay (well situated for Tampa/Westshore Business or a nice Vacation). The Property has waterfront views on all sides and the Condo has Waterfront views from the Living room, Kitchen, and from your private Balcony.
Local Hotel rates are usually higher than our Condo rental.
Our one bedroom WATERFRONT Condo is on Tampa Bay and is close to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL. This furnished condo includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, and everything else you need for a short or long stay. The living room has waterfront views and a pull out queen size sofa bed. There is a separate Queen size bedroom and a separate children bunk bed area. The Condo also has a waterfront balcony sitting area. The bathroom was redone with a walk-in shower and new toilet in June 2025
On site amenities include a large Heated waterfront pool, a large pool deck sitting area, a small tanning beach, an outside fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a BBQ area, tiki huts, a night-time fire pit and FISHING off our private dock. We have the Best Sunsets on Tampa Bay and there are hundreds of nearby activities available.
There is a nice on-site Pool-side Bar and Grill and there is a small store for snacks, beer, and wine inside the 2nd floor main office. There are also several waterfront restaurants, a larger beach area, picnic areas, and a long waterfront walking/biking trail about 1 mile from the Condo.
The Condo is about 4 miles from the Tampa Westshore Mall, the International Mall, the Tampa International Airport, the Westshore Business District, and the Rocky Point Golf Course. The Condo is just one beautiful ride over the Courtney Campbell Causeway to Clearwater. It is also about 10 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 5 miles from the Raymond James Stadium, 10 miles to Downtown Tampa, and about 15 miles from a Large Hard Rock CASINO.
Four non-smoking adults may share the Condo at No extra charge. This Condo is best suited for one Adult couple or one Adult couple and 2 children. Association allows for 4 people to a condo and all names need to be registered in order to enter the property. (association rules, not mine)
Our Condo includes Free Satellite TV, Free U.S. phone service, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. This is really a Great location and a beautiful spot from which to sight-see or relax.
Bush Gardens is in Tampa is a Roller Coaster and Adventure Rides park that also has a 65 acre animal park, shops, and entertainment shows.
Adventure Island is also in Tampa and it is a Large Water Park that has multiple High and lower water slides and other water rides.
Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando, FL Theme Parks are about 1 1/2- 2 hours by car.
You will be sent a code for the door, each guest will have their own code. We will also send you additional information about the area before your arrival.

The property was clean, a little construction but contained and clean. The condo itself was very clean. Hosts had everything you could think of and then a few more. The property is pretty much centrally located to about anything you want to do in the Tampa area. The hosts are very easy to work with, very accommodating, and very thorough. The only thing we regret is not staying longer.

My family and I enjoyed our condo in Sailport. The check-in process and check-out process was quick. Our host Marion was so sweet and always attentive. She kept us updated with anything and was always a phone call away. The condo is fairly small, but perfect for a small family of 4. The place has a pool, laundry room, fire pit, and sandy area to play volleyball. The host provided everything for us and even left us some cute souvenirs. We were close to the airport and only about 15 minutes away from shopping areas and food. We were close to Tampa Zoo and Tampa Aquarium. Overall we enjoyed it and will stay here again. Thanks Marion for allowing us to stay in your place.

Marion was a great host. She was always a phone call away if you needed her. Easy to get in and out of building. The condo had everything you needed and plenty of towels. The parking underneath the building was neat so we didn't get wet getting in car if it was raining and kept it cooler in the heat. We enjoyed using the pool and walking around the complex for morning walks.
