A cozy and comfortable apartment of about 60 square meters, sleeping 4 people, located on the first floor and recently renovated while preserving its historic features, such as terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The apartment is located in the Porta Romana-Boboli neighborhood, within the walls of the historic center—a quiet area with plenty of amenities, highly sought after by true Florentines! Great location! Walk to everything. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store within 3 min walk. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Kitchen was equipped. Apartment was dark and only had light from windows in bedroom. Thankfully there was air conditioning for the summer heat. Had some issues with the hot water heater, yet host was available for troubleshooting. There was a TV in the room, but not hooked up to anything. Overall great location in Florence!

We had a great short stay at this property. The size was perfect for my husband and I and our son. It was located close to the gardens, palace and bridge. The apt had everything you need but it was a bit darker than I was expecting because it was at the back of the building but also quiet. btback.
