Come stay in our clean, sanitized, comfortable, private townhouse has all the amenities of home and is close to everything and in a safe neighborhood!
You can see the Grand Ole Opry from the upstairs master bedroom.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig single cup maker, microwave, and all amenities. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling in a privacy-fenced yard.

Other attractions that are nearby: South Broadway Honkytonks, The Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home), Two Rivers Mansion, Percy Priest Lake, The Parthenon.
PARKING AND GETTING AROUND:
There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options.

Booked this house for our trip to Nashville for Alan Jackson's last concert at the stadium. Pictures and the description of the house matched perfectly. It was just myself and my girl friend so we had plenty of room. After booking the rental I ended up breaking my ankle and having surgery. The host was very helpful in answering questions regarding medical equipment rentals for getting around and any other questions we had before and during our stay. She was very attentive and responsive to those messages. I would recommend this rental to couples or small families. I would definitely book again if I went back to Nashville.

Communication with the host was excellent. The home was clean and extremely well stocked with everything you would need. The home is close to The Grand Ole Opry, restaurants and shopping.
