About this apartment rental
100 meters from the Porta Metronia metro station, one stop from Piazza Venezia and one stop from San Giovanni, where it intersects with other metro lines (B). Completely renovated 120 m² apartment: air conditioning, heating, soundproof windows, fully equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), air conditioning, and central heating. It can accommodate up to 5 people. King size bed and extra comfortable mattresses with toppers.
The apartment consists of 2 large and comfortable double bedrooms (1 twin or triple and 1 double), 2 bathrooms, living room with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 balconies, large entrance hall, and corridor. It is located at Via Gallia 86, in the center of Rome, near the Colosseum, the famous Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Baths of Caracalla, the FAO headquarters, the Circus Maximus, the Bocca della Verità, and the Via Appia Antica with its ancient Christian catacombs.
The neighborhood is lively and authentically Roman: you can enjoy the beauty of Rome and at the same time go shopping (there are many shops and restaurants) or relax in the park of Ville Celimontana and Scipioni.

We loved our stay in Rome! Rossana was an amazing host and the apartment was even better than we expected. The host Rossana was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful and was so nice to leave us with some gifts at check in as well, including a bottle of wine. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could think of to make things feel like home. 2 full bathrooms, 2 large bedroom with balcony access, high speed internet, proper air conditioning (rare in Rome), full kitchen, etc. The place was great! We even cooked dinner one night with the spaghetti and pomodoro sauce the host left for us. The apartment location is south of Rome center and about 20 walk to the colosseum. We loved the neighborhood as it wasn't a typical tourist spot. It's a lively and fun neighborhood with families and there were SO MANY great places to eat in every direction. Great coffee place just a few doors down. We ate breakfast at Contesto Urbano multiple times. Pizza at 'O Scugnizzo da Federico is the best. There was a Penny supermarket around the corner as well. We used the Metro system extensively during our stay and the apartment is close to the Green line, and not much further from the Orange. I can't say enough good things about the host or the apartment.

This apartment was amazing! Rossana was wonderful and even gave us the apartment history upon check-in. The home was beautiful with gorgeous antiques a great balcony. The location was convenient with neighborhood restaurants. It was perfect for my husband, 2 teens, and me. Thank you for welcoming us Rossana!

The host was very welcoming and the apartment was very homey. The apartment was fully equipped with everything one could want. The apartment is ideally located with the metro a 5 minute stroll away, a supermarket around the corner, and a fabulous restaurant (Danny's Bar) just downstairs.

Apartment is old but in very good shape beds are comfortable air-conditioning works well. Everything is there you can cook has a small terrace. I did not meet the owner, but I did meet her representative. She was very nice and trustworthy.
