Loved the apartment.Very close to the Campo de’ Fiori. Easy access to Grocery shop 20 yards off corner of Campo De’ Fiori. Really nice wine bar within 100 yards. We were 2 couples staying there for 11 nights in July. Each had own separate bathroom. Never felt crowded. Kitchen well equipped. We made our own meals for at least half of the evenings. Aircon was a blessing in the middle of the heatwave in 2026. Good WiFi. Contact with owners from start of booking in Sept 2025 to the day we left was easy. They kept us up to date with booking in procedures and prior to our arrival instructions on how to access the apartment.

The apartment could have been cleaner and the hot water heater kept going out and we had to reset it several times a day, sometimes while we were showering. That was a huge disappointment. The kitchen is tiny and we did not use it. Otherwise the location couldn’t be better. Most attractions were walkable and buses were easy to catch. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The very best part was the air conditioning. The apartment was nice and cool after a long hot day in the sun. The washing machine was also great. We packed lite and had to do laundry often.

Absolutely great location! Central city, within an easy walk to Piazza Navona, Campo de" Fiori, the Roman Forum & the Colliseum. Very quiet street, and very quiet property. Courtyard out back was a great place to relax at the start or end of each day. Only issues we ran into...we never received check-in instructions, so when we arrived we had to figure out how to get a hold of the management company, as the contact phone number on VRBO no longer worked, but once we tracked down a phone number, we were given instructions on how to enter the property. And there was no hot water, so we had to find the water heater (outside in the courtyard) and re-set it every morning for hot water. Otherwise still a very nice property and great location!

Cons
- The bed in the bedroom has a foam mattress topper on it that is 30cm/12 inches narrower than the mattress. No way that 2 people can sleep on it.
- The small couch has no mattress inside. Because the mattress has been removed it is impossible to sit on it. The slats underneath cave in and break.
- The bathtub shower has only one shower curtain panel. The panel only covers half the space. The rings for the other panel are there, they just haven’t replaced it. Because of this water sprays all over the floor when you have a shower.
- The shower in the second bathroom is very dirty.
- The deck furniture is filthy dirty. The outdoor couch can not be used because the cushions are so dirty. The couch would need a removable cover in order to be usable. The deck is covered with buckets, mops and cleaning supplies. It is not as it appears on the website.
- I scrubbed 2 of the deck chairs myself with soapy water and a brush just so we could sit at the outdoor table.
- There are only 2 table knives in the kitchen. Not a big deal but they need to be replaced.
- in general the place is very run down and needs a good refurbish.
