Getting to North Captiva Island
North Captiva Island is accessible by boat or water taxi, making it a truly unique and peaceful island destination.
Transportation to and from the airport and water taxi transportation to the island are not included in your rental.
Guests should plan to bring or purchase their own groceries, beverages, seasonings, and other personal supplies. Consumable items beyond the initial starter supplies are not guaranteed.
Important Property Information
Exterior Security Cameras: For property security, seven motion-activated exterior cameras monitor entrances, the golf cart parking area, utility areas, and portions of the property perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home, and no cameras are directed into the swimming pool.
Wildlife-Friendly Lighting: To help protect North Captiva Island's wildlife, guests are asked to turn off exterior lights when not needed.
Primary Bedroom Deck Doors: The exterior deck doors in the primary bedroom remain locked for guest safety.

Each year we travel as a family . North Captiva for 2 years now and first time at this property. House is lovely and well maintained. Great location, very close to beach which is always a must for us.

Communication with owner was top-notch. We stayed at this rental property the end 2024 and beginning of 2025, and it was the perfect fit for our family of nine. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a huge bonus, making it easy for the kids to have their space.The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from a stunning beach. We loved starting our mornings with beach strolls and ending the day watching the sunset. The convenience of being so close to the water made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable.We highly recommend this vacation property!!
