About this apartment rental
Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets
Being in the central area, the apartment is connected by various means (bus, train, metro) to all the tourist sites in Rome.

This VRBO is located directly across the street from St. Peter’s Basilica—an absolutely fabulous, unbeatable location. The apartment sits in the heart of Rome, surrounded by historic sites, excellent restaurants, charming cafes, and lively bars. Everything we wanted to see and do was within an easy, pleasant walking distance.We arrived in Rome around 9:45 a.m. and planned to simply store our luggage, but the owner kindly allowed us to check in early. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully cool— a true blessing during the intense heat wave the city was experiencing. Housed in a classic older building, it offered a warm, rustic, and authentically Roman feel that immediately made us feel at home. Our stay in Rome was made so much better by this apartment. It felt far more personal and welcoming than a typical hotel, and being nestled in such a vibrant, bustling neighborhood gave us the perfect immersive taste of real Roman life.I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to stay right in the center of Rome. The location, charm, and lovely accommodations are truly outstanding. A well-deserved 10 out of 10 stars!

Carla's condo was beautiful! It was clean, bright and spacious. We had an issue the 1st day with cold water only but it was resolved by the next day.Carla was responsive. It is centrally located. Lots of restaurants and stores are right out the door. We loved being in a historic building. It is a great choice if staying in Rome.

Great location, was hard to find but once we found it was good, the listing said it slept 9, we were 6 adults and was only comfortable for 2 couples, the third was a pull out couch that had a thin mattress and the slats kept on falling out, if your a family it may work as they had 4 single cots, not a good stay for more than 2 couples. Overall it was a decent place with a great location.
