About this house rental
Come enjoy our beautiful large three story townhome (not a high rise!) on 200' of private white sand beach in a family friendly complex! Direct ocean front condo with views from living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Large balconies off living area (10 x 18) and master bedroom (4 x 10) overlook the Gulf of America water. Private covered parking under condo, one flight up to front door. NO ELEVATORS. A large pool with BBQ grills is located in a park like setting in the center of the complex.

This three-story condo contains 1600 SF of living space, no one above or below you! Walk out your door immediately to your deck, down the stairs and right onto the sugar white sand beach!
The first floor has a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and a half bath. The back deck and the location directly on the beach make this place worth the money! It’s so convenient to walk off the deck, into the sand. Keeping all of your beach gear on the back deck is ideal. Planning to book it again next year!

Condo was even better than pictures! We had 6 girls for a girls weekend and this condo was absolutely perfect for us! We had plenty of space and everything we could have needed. We are already talking about booking this space next year!

The condo was great. The kids loved being right there on the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance so you don’t really have to drive a ton.
