Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. All kitchen dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses are provided. Breakfast is on your own. We also offer an oversized garage perfect for the cyclist. All rooms have been tastefully decorated. We were blown away by the wonderful condition of this home. One thing we really appreciated was being able to park in the garage with a garage door opener available to use during our stay. Plenty of room for the four adults and everything we needed. So glad we found farmhouse fresh!

This house is great for 3 couples as it has 2 King beds and 1 queen, 2 full baths and plenty of space in the living, dining and kitchen area. Full use of the garage was great for the bikes. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We only had 3 people and it was still affordable for us. Super close to Art Museum and Bike Trails. Also close to a variety of restaurants.
I would stay here again.

Owner does not know how to manage his property, does not have extra toilet paper on hand for visitors. Owner does not know how to operate the television in the bedroom, owner does not read any visitors notes.
If he would take to read the notes, he would know that the air conditioner was going out.
