About this apartment rental
Our location is a small, intimate, 23 unit complex. This particular unit, #9, is on the ground floor, and one of the closest to our private beach access. You can fall a sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We are in close proximity to numerous attractions like rocket launches, The Pier, shopping, and cruise ships. If you want to stay in a place that's been newly renovated, with all the amenities of home, well look no further! This first floor condo is your destination. A total renovation was completed on the inside and outside of the unit. updates include a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a new bathroom, and large bedrooms, one having a king size bed and the other having a queen bed. The living room has an overstuffed leather couch, with power recliners that lay flat to sleep on, and there is a large flat screen tv in the living room to enjoy. there are also smart tv's in each bedroom. Cable and wireless internet are provided. For your convenience, we also provide beach chairs, an easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, and a pack n play. When coming off of the beach, you can conveniently rinse the sand and salt off at the outdoor shower on the patio. If you have a larger group of people, or want a second story,with a slight ocean view, we have a second condo in the complex to rent out to you, the listing is 7915275, unit #17. Enjoy! As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process.

Mike was a great and very responsive host. The unit was clean and well equipped. He even refunded our pet fee since we ended up not bringing our pet last minute and we really appreciate that. Great stay overall.

Great little place right on the beach. Rooms were clean and decent sized. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in touch with and helpful. Definitely will go back.

Great Location! Easy beach access. The property was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just a few minor tweaks are as follows, limited parking, better lighting, end tables in living room, better pillows, night lights at night. I would highly recommend this property! Our host Michael was very accommodating when a special difficult situation arose for us with the limited parking.
