About this house rental
An old farmhouse barn has been converted into a modern and spacious country home with great attention to detail and extensive renovation work. The project was completed in June 2010! The apartment has two floors connected by an interior spiral staircase. The living room and kitchen are open and spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family or smaller groups. The entire house is heated by comfortable underfloor heating and is modernly equipped. (Flat-screen TV, digital satellite, free Wi-Fi, etc.
A spacious sauna area is available for all our apartments, which can be used to book services such as sports and fitness facilities, relaxing wellness showers, a large sauna, and a selection of massage and physical therapy treatments. The sauna is free of charge
The house features a garden, parking spaces, and is located in the heart of Carinthia, where you can quickly reach numerous destinations. Silbersee, one of the most beautiful swimming lakes in Carinthia, is a 2-minute walk from the house. The Drau Hiking Trail is a 2-minute drive from the house, and the Gerlitzen Alpe Ski Area is a 10-minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in.
We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space.

We spent a fantastic winter week in this beautiful renovated barn, tastefully decorated and complete with every comfort. You must not take anything from home, all you need is already present in the house. Particularly suitable for families with children or for romantic gateways with your love. In a few minutes by foot you can reach nice Silbersee lake where you can ice-skate and in 10 min drive you are in the center of Villach and its nearby shopping center.
Moreover we enjoy free speedy wireless internet connection, DVD and LCD TV.
Very highly recommended! Hope to return back in summer! Thanks so much for your disposability!
