Prancing Horse Estates is a beautiful property is located on 10 private, gated acres near The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and Woodforest. You’ll love this beautiful well stocked home located within 4 meadow and 6 wooded acres with 2 paths to the spring fed creek through the forest - with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 16. This estate is an official 2025 Certified Wildlife Habitat® site with the National Wildlife Federation and Texas Conservation Alliance. There is so much space to enjoy, so we offer up to eight guests included in the room rate, with additional day visitors or overnight guests at $35 per person per night if your friends want to drop by for a BBQ, campfire, or dip in the pool. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room with extensive outdoor space to enjoy. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. A crib, pack n play and toddler bed are available, as well as air mattresses, upon request.

We loved this house and property. We were a group of seven ladies. The house fit us perfectly with room to spare. The house was beautiful and very clean, inside and out. The pool and hot tub were awesome, with the waterfall it made it feel like a tropical resort. The temperature of the water was perfect for swimming anytime day or night. Beautiful views of the woods and animals. There is even a hiking trail to go explore the woods. The beds were soft and extremely high so if you’re height challenged you might bring a folding step. Even though the owner is right next door, you still feel private and for us girls, we felt secure. Another good thing is if you have any issues the owner is right there. Kelly was responsive to text. If you want the waterfall or hot tub on just text her. The walk to get in is a little far but Kelly can provide you with a hand cart, just ask upon booking. The house is fully stocked with books, game, movies and toys. The closet in the kids room would be a dream world for your children. I could see where they could spend hours in that room. The kitchen is stocked but if you’re a cook you might want to bring your own spices and oil. Several different ways to make coffee, too. The lanai area is a great place to sit outside, specially when it’s raining. There is a table outside by the pool with an umbrella to help with the sun. Lots of chairs for seating all around the pool. There are also fun toys for the pool and a ping pong table.

This house was as amazing as the pictures show. Everything we needed was there. The pool was great and the water fall was so relaxing. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked inviting. The furnishings in the the house looked like something out of a magazine. The host was so sweet and easy to work with. We highly recommended this home.

This was a beautiful spacious stay while we visited for the World Cup. The pool was very refreshing after running around in the hot Houston sun, the beds were very big and comfortable for a good sleep, and house was always cool upon arrival. Communication with the host was great. She even provided us with fresh eggs, local honey and cornbread mix that made for a scrumptious breakfast. Everything was very clean and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Great stay!
