This house is in a quiet new neighborhood in Pleasant Hill Iowa located 20 minutes from Downtown DesMoines,15 minutes from Adventureland amusement park, 15 minutes from Prairie Meadows Casino, 10 minutes from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, 20 minutes from the Chichaque Valley Trail head in Bondurant and 30 minutes from the Iowa Speedway in Newton. This is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. The property has a washer and dryer and a 2 stall attracted garage available for your use. This entire 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom home is for your private use. It comfortably sleeps 6. There is 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. All the comforts of home, with direct TV, wifi, new furnishings, pots, pans, table service, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Kickback on either of the two custom leather sofas while adjusting the flame and heat in the fireplace. Utilize the 55 "smart TV in the living room or the smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

The house was amazing. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The house was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Everything we needed was included. The host was great to deal with and really helpful. If we come back to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

Nice house. Really clean. Good, safe neighborhood. Big garage. Living room area nice to hang out in. Two bathrooms upstairs and one in the main entrance hallway. Clear instructions for checking out.

There was animal hair on the beds, and one beds had hair on the sheets. House could use a deep cleaning (fridge, fans...) and organization. Things are thrown and stacked in closets and cabinets.
