Working with Marsha and Jerry was such a pleasure!We had an AC issue and it was taken care of instantly! What a beautiful property on Lake Martin… with its own boat ramp and lily pad and kayaks!We had a great family time!

Check- in and out was easy. Marsha is a great host. She was always quick to answer all my questions. The location is also great. The kayaks and lily pad is a plus. The inside of the house was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The decor is a little rustic and it makes for a more comfortable space. The outside area is nice with grill and lots of seats. The dock does need some new boards but we managed. My grandsons and my daughters had great time in the water. I would stay here again in the future.

The walkway going to the dock is old and nails and screws are sticking up and hurt your feet. it's a bit dangerous.
