About this house rental
Fabulous Home located at one of Smith Lake’s most exclusive development: Point William. Point William is conveniently located to major lake destinations, yet is secluded enough to add much-desired privacy to its’ residents. This property is nestled amongst one of the most beautiful areas of the lake and is near a boat launch as well as a marina for things such as gas, snacks, and sweet treats for the kids. The home itself offers outstanding views of Smith Lake and the large outside porch is a perfect place to enjoy family time with those you love. You’ll find every inch of this property amazing and exploring the cove in the canoe that we have provided is a MUST DO while you are here. There are very few steps to the double-slip, private dock. (You are welcome to bring a boat). The lake level consists of the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a second den with a daybed w trundle and a crib for those with an infant or toddler. The entry/ main level is perfect for entertaining and consists of the kitchen and dining area, the pantry, a half bath, second porch for grilling and an inglenook that is cozy regardless of the time of year. The inglenook has a fireplace and entertainment center, along with views of the lake and hillside. Above the entry level, is another level consisting of two guestrooms that have stunning views of the lake, along with another bathroom. From there, you will find a loft / bunkroom consisting of 4 twin beds and an entertainment system perfect for adult seclusion or for children. A COMMUNITY pool sits on top of the property with breathtaking views of the lake. Children and pets are certainly welcome , but must be well-trained and disciplined as the home is located on a rock bluff. While our beloved four legged babies are allowed, no pets are allowed on any of the furnishings and must adhere to the same water safety precautions as the rest of us do. We enjoyed every minute of the time we stayed. The house was clean, close to Trident Marina Grille, Dollar General Stores, Drifters Restaurant & the Kids / Adults love the pool. We all loved the dock for the boat & the swimming area at the dock. The host were super friendly & helpful. We will definitely recommend it & will be going back!

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Loved all of the deck spaces to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. Host was so sweet and very responsive!

Awesome house in a secluded part of the lake. Getting to/from the property is a little challenging and the parking is tight. That aside, the house is awesome, the swim dock is perfect, and the porch views of the lake are phenomenal! Would %100 stay here again.
