This magnificent property, fully fenced and air-conditioned, consists on the first floor of a beautiful entrance giving access to a large room offering a TV area, a lounge area with double-sided fireplace; and a large dining room.
A fully equipped kitchen is followed by a laundry room, as well as a relaxation room/spa with shower, toilet, sauna and steam room.
All the rooms offer access to the terrace, benefiting from a heated infinity pool (15x5 with a 2x5 deck), heated by a heat pump.
The first floor consists of three fully equipped master suites (double bed, dressing room, shower room, WC and bathroom for one of them). Two other large bedrooms complete the floor.
In total, it is composed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Master suite (double bed, dressing room, shower room, WC)
- Bedroom 2: Master suite (double bed, dressing room, WC, bathroom)
- Bedroom 3: Master suite (double bed, dressing room, WC, shower room)
- Bedroom 4: A double bed, dressing room,
- Bedroom 5: One bed 120 and two single beds, dressing room.
Each room offers a view of the wooded park, the lake and the meadows.
The exterior will offer you many family or friends activities (swimming pool, plancha, bowling alley, magic carpet, ping-pong table, spa, sauna, hammam, heated pool, lake,...).
The site lends itself perfectly to the exercise of sports activities (walking, hiking, running) between forest, lake and the various hiking trails.
