A wonderful new building was completed in 2021 on the well-known Wustrow Strandstraße, where you’ll find this beautiful vacation rental. Located about 150 meters from the pier and the idyllic Wustrow Baltic Sea beach, this maritime oasis of well-being welcomes you here after an eventful day.
With great attention to detail, the owners of the Düne 18 vacation rental have equipped this upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The open-concept living/dining area combines the kitchen with the dining area and a cozy TV corner. The kitchen itself is equipped with modern appliances and an extra-spacious countertop. This layout creates the perfect setting for spending time together in the evenings—whether cooking, eating, relaxing, or sharing stories. From the beautiful living area, you can step out onto the apartment’s balcony. Here, you can enjoy a final glass of wine in the evening and reflect on the day’s adventures.
The two bedrooms—one furnished with a box-spring bed and the other with high-quality single beds—offer enough space for a family of four as well as for two couples vacationing together. One of the bedrooms also features a flat-screen TV. All rooms are equipped with privacy screens, insect screens, and heated floors. Another plus of this apartment: towels and bed linens are included!
The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a beautiful bathtub. You’ll also find a washing machine here.

The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.
The “Dünen-Residenz,” completed in spring 2021, is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by elevator. Each residential unit has a parking space in the underground garage as well as a storage room measuring approximately 5 square meters. In the evenings, relax on the balcony of your vacation apartment and wind down the day with a glass of wine. Should the weather ever be uncooperative, free Wi-Fi and modern entertainment systems are at your disposal.
