We had a lovely stay. There were 11 of us including baby twins and 3 young children. The sleeping arrangements were perfect . The master bedroom was big enough for two portable cribs and two adults comfortably.We were happy to find the kitchen had everything we needed, good sets of pots and pans and nice dish sets. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and other paper goods.The fenced in back yard was super nice and convenient when you have little ones.The short walk down the road to the beach was great and to veterans beach which we preferred. Alex the host was very helpful and answered a text quickly. Overall it was the perfect home to rent and we had a great time! Grandma loved that her grown children and grandchildren were all together in a lovely home.

The house was comfortably large for our extended family of 10. We also appreciated the fenced in yard which gave us peace of mind for the safety of our grandchildren, aged 4 to 9. Alex was very responsive, quickly resolving the few minor issues we experienced during the stay. Also, the kitchen was accessible and well stocked for our large gatheringIt was very helpful to have a beach wagon on site that had large enough wheels to transport up to 5 chairs and toys the 0.25 miles to the beach, thus avoiding the 30 parking fee at the beach.

This property was just perfect. The room sizes were just the right size. The kitchen had everything that was needed and the bedrooms were just so comfortable. The backyard had enough chairs for our group, and the beautiful fire pit kept us nice and cozy. We loved being so close for our beach walks and the restaurants were also close enough to walk. Walking to the shops and restaurants in Hyannis were also very close from our property. If we were thinking again about staying in Cape Cod, this would be the place we would love to stay at again.
