FLORES Terrace Apartment offers an exquisite, delightful, and comfortable stay.
The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of the historic center, on the pedestrian street Rua das Flores, one of Porto’s most historic and picturesque streets.
It’s a 10-minute walk from the magnificent Ribeira district, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The São Bento Metro and train stations are a 2-minute walk away, and the Clérigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are a 5-minute walk away.
In the surrounding area, there is an amazing variety of local and upscale restaurants, trendy shops, and bars with outdoor seating.
It is located in a century-old building that was completely renovated in 2018, preserving the original facade.
The apartment features stylish, elegant, and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details.
The bedding and towels are high-quality, and the bath amenities are from the lovely Portuguese company Lousani.
An entire ground-floor apartment measuring 50 m² for 1–4 people, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
It includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and a terrace.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven and stove, toaster, kettle, ...).
Also included:
* Free air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi;
* Bed linens & towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and cap, soap, and body lotion.
We also offer a private transfer service from the airport directly to the apartment:

If you’re driving to Porto, we recommend parking temporarily at Parking Saba Cardosas for check-in, then moving to a more affordable option:
- Parque da Alfândega;
- Parque da Trindade;
- Parque Praça da República, No. 24.
Luggage storage is available nearby at Rua dos Caldeireiros No. 7.

Perfect place to stay short time in Port. Ideal location, smooth check in process, excellent communication. The appartment is rather small, but has everything you might need. The bedding is good, the kitchen well equipped, shower water pressure is strong, hot water is quick.

Great location to just step out right into the energy and excitement of Porto. Appreciated our host going above and beyond to ensure we were settled in and had what we needed, Valentim was great.

This apartment is as nice as a 4-Star hotel or nicer. Soft bath robes, linen and towels clean and heavenly scented. You walk out the front door and restaurants, shops are right at your fingertips. Very convenient to city center. Hostess had someone greet me upon arrival and she was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
