This was the perfect place for us! We really enjoyed the big kitchen and the backyard which my grandkids loved. It was a great location as well . Easy access to the beach and downtown Carlsbad.

We had a great stay! The kitchen was stocked with all the things we would need. We especially liked the treasure trove of board games, the beach equipment we could use, and the location.

This home fit the needs of our family of 13 perfectly. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen especially was a bonus. We ate many meals in and had absolutely everything we could have needed for our large group. Their are many table games and beach towels, etc., available to use as well. The chickens laid every day and our grandkids had a blast gathering them. I had a few occasional questions between booking the property and our stay. Kim was always prompt with an answer. I would definitely stay here again.
