Emerald Isle condo. One of the best views on the entire island because it's on the 5th floor. Two bedroom with truly spectacular view of Beach and Ocean. Gated property. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, water park, mini-golf, go-carts. Full kitchen with everything you'll need (hopefully). Washer and dryer in unit. Views from master bedroom, kitchen, main living area, deck, and dining area. Pool. Tennis courts/ pickle ball courts, basketball hoop. Two beach access walks on property. Elevators. Basic cable, wireless internet, smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The perfect vacation getaway location. Luggage cart inside unit. Keyless entry. No-contact check-in/out.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The location is fantastic—close to everything and very convenient.The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is mostly because it’s an older building. There are no ceiling fans, and the air conditioning (a Nest system) seemed to run on a timer, so we ended up buying box fans to stay comfortable. The master bedroom could also benefit from darker blackout curtains, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring a sleep mask.The kitchen is stocked with the basics, but a better strainer would be a nice addition.Overall, those were minor inconveniences. The excellent location and everything else about our stay made it a place we’d happily book again.

We loved the updated condo and enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the is building on a previous trip. We love the easy beach access and both pools. The kitchen was very basic and we had to borrow a can opener from a neighbor. Bed in master was super comfy. We would love to visit this condo again.

Condo was very nice, problem number 1 was the carpet in the primary bedroom was very dirty. 2. shower curtain in the primary bathroom was absoutly nasty. It needs to be thrown away. Couch in the living room was very dirty. We. did cover the couch with a quilt. Geneva
