About this cabin rental

Located on the beautiful Caddo Lake tucked away in the quiet wooded cove of Buzzard Bay in the middle of the Big Lake. This spacious, one of a kind cabin is located at Buzzard Bay Landing and RV Park in Karnack, Texas right next to the Texas/Louisiana border. Bring your boat/kayak/canoe and fishing poles and enjoy our easy access boat ramp on site. For boat tours of Caddo Lake, call Ricky Beard (Nine-Zero-Three) 470-4814.

Inside was clean, great cozy space. Worked great for family of 6. We had a blast resting and playing games after a fun day canoeing and hiking.Cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.Minimal kitchen supplies, but enough to get by.Master bed needs a center support.The oven heats up the cabin a lot, so I don't recommend using it in the summer.Porch area needs a serious pressure wash, very dirty and full of spiderwebs.Beautiful view, but you are surrounded by a bunch of people in RVs and loading boats. Didn't quite have the privacy feel we were hoping for.

Host was very responsive had a few issues, but they were resolved right away. Very quiet area was able to relax and enjoy my three days. Wi-Fi was a little iffy, but I think that’s due to the tin roof. I will stay again.

Perfect for 2. Nice view of the water off the long covered porch. Great ceiling fan and other fans if needed. Enjoyed fishing from the pier and listening to all the birds.
