Large recent recently air-conditioned and renovated 3-room apartment on the top floor with magnificent sea view in a high standing domain 2 minutes walk from the beach of Juan les Pins.
Bright apartment not overlooked, in a dominant position ideal for a family of 4 people including a large bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen on the living room offering beautiful views of the sea and the Cap d'Antibes. The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. I also provide a futon for your enjoyment. Bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit. Separate toilet. The sleeping area is separated by two large closed corridors and independent of the living space. Possibility to rent sheets and towels on request.

We were very happy with our stay. Family of four, including 2yo and 6mo. Right next to beach, huge pool, and very safe area. Stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the location. Train is very close by and host has parking spot. Host was very nice!
