Summary:
Enjoy your beach vacation in this large condo with balcony overlooking the sunsets. Gorgeous high ceilings and perfect views. Comfortable bedrooms, a full sized gourmet kitchen, huge living room, and incredible balcony. There is a jetted deep soak bathtub in the master bath. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom.
The resort has a swimming pool, easy access to beach. plenty of parking where you can park cars, trailers, ATVs and jet skis. The resort has an excellent beach bar and restaurant!
The Space:
Parts of the resort are under construction and there may be some noise during the daytime.
The gym is owned separately but guests can buy a pass to use the gym by the day/week.
Guest Access:
Guests will use a door code to enter.

The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.
Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

My Family and I stayed here July 11th to July 18th. It was a great place with beautiful views and all the accommodations we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very clean and had what we needed available to keep up with it for the week we were there. The pools were awesome and the lazy river was great. My kids loved it. The beach was beautiful and mostly sandy. Veronica, our host, was great as well. She was very responsive. Answered all my questions immediately. The check in process was very easy and fast. I loved that there was a guard at the gate and only people with reservation were allowed to park and enter the area. The service at Diegos bar was great. The bar tenders were very attentive and the food was good. All in all, it was a great experience.

I like the condo overall, check in easy and quick. I believe that the property needs additional eateries. But I also notice how Diego tiki inflate the prices on dollars and the difference in how the customer service is different between Caucasian clients vs Hispanic. Caucasian very polite, quick, unforgettable vs Hispanic long time to be serve, forgot the food it was cold by the time we pick it up and this was after we went and asked what happened they forgot that it was for to go. This happened to me also in 2024.

Overall was very good. You can probably update the towels, very old and torn. The second bedroom mattress it was horrible, and so the pillows. Missing light bulbs . Otherwise the experience was awesome. Thank you.
