The apartment is well-lit by natural light and is located in a quiet, peaceful apartment building. Located on the first floor, it features a comfortable double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a large open kitchen, and a spacious small terrace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (one of which is a Smart TV), air conditioning in every room, heating, a refrigerator, a gas oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle for tea, a fire extinguisher, and a complimentary amenity kit.
Centrally located, well-connected by public transportation, and within walking distance of all the most important monuments of the Eternal City. In this residential neighborhood, you’ll find elegant restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious aperitifs.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is for the exclusive use of guests. It overlooks the building’s inner courtyard. The property is non-smoking.
We are located in the Gianicolo area, just a short walk from the Trastevere nightlife district, where you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy a pleasant evening.
In addition, the apartment is very well connected by public transportation; the No. 75 bus stops right next to the property and takes you to Termini Station, the Circus Maximus, and the Colosseum. Vatican City is just a short walk away and can be reached on foot and/or by public transportation. Our neighborhood is surrounded by greenery, including some of Rome’s most beautiful parks, such as Villa Pamphili, Villa Sciarra, and the Gianicolo. Every Sunday, the historic Porta Portese market is within walking distance.
