Summary:
Beautiful ground level Presidential Suite at the Esmeralda Resort with wrap around patio featuring your very own hot tub with ocean views! (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available by request). This spacious 2,850 Square Feet condo has 3 bedrooms/4 baths with one of the best views in town. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cookware.
The Space:
This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.
The Neighborhood:
The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.
Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.
As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.
Sandy Beach is also home to a vibrant culinary scene. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. Some popular options include:

Some areas of the resort are under construction and you may hear light construction noise during the daytime.
The fitness center onsite is a separate company but is open to guests for a day or weekly pass that can be purchased.
HOT TUB - In very hot months July 1- October 1 the private hot tub is available upon request.

the property is very nice, beautiful and spacious, we appreciate the prompt response from the host when there was any issues. The only drawback was our visit was in July and it's very hot and humid outside and the suite has windows from end to end, so the suite was warm during the day. Yes we kept the windows and blinds closed at All times. but it was still warm. I would suggest some thick black out curtains for the midday, We did have additional fans moving air around but it was still warm. We would Definitely stay again but not in July or the summer months Thank you for hosting us

We enjoyed our stay. We had 3 adult couples staying in the condo and we had plenty of room. We had a hiccup with the jacuzzi, but the host was quick to send someone out for repairs. Great location, beautiful views. Check in was a breeze.

We had a wonderful time and the condo fit us all perfectly! The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal. Beautiful views from every angle. Diego’s Tiki Bar is just steps away with great food and live music on weekends. We will definitely look forward to staying there again in the future! Thank you!

Very nice place and big. Best location in the facility. My only suggestion would be to put a larger trash can in the kitchen and put small trash cans in the bathrooms under the sinks. Couldn't find any trash bags so make sure you bring some. Also, I would suggest they in addition to the pot coffee maker add a Keurig type coffee maker for individual cups of coffee. Bring your own coffee. I forgot to. Only other suggestion I would have is for the owner to add cable tv for the tv's in all rooms. Don't think it would be that much of an additional expense to the owners. This is a very expensive unit so I thought they might have that. And I don't have a clue how to sign on to Apple tv from my home tv's. Only other option is the learn Spanish, so you know what they are saying on the tv's. ha I have stayed in two other units at Esmeralda, and one had cable tv and one didn't. Got tired of watching reruns of the Kardashians. :)
