Welcome to our guest house in Rome. We are pleased to introduce our new, recently renovated guest house, located in the Giardinetti neighborhood. The property offers three double/triple bedrooms with automated door systems, all equipped with private bathrooms, and two with balconies. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, a desk, and a refrigerator. For your convenience, we provide bed linens and towels. Guests have access to a shared dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Our guest house is ideal for exploring Rome; the Giardinetti Metro Line C station is just 700 meters from the property, while the Anagnina Metro Line A terminus is 4.2 km away. We’re 3.7 km from the Tor Vergata University Hospital, 9.5 km from the Basilica of St. John, and 10 km from Ciampino Airport. Hi, I’m Matteo. I’m a very energetic and athletic guy who loves art, and I’m excited to have embarked on this new adventure. My apartment is located in the Giardinetti neighborhood, an area well-connected by public transportation (Metro Line C, Metro Line A, and the Tor Vergata train station on Via Enrico Fermi). I’m available to assist my guests with any needs they may have. My guest house is an apartment located in a bustling neighborhood of Rome that offers all the main amenities: metro, buses, supermarkets, cafes, and a pharmacy. The rooms have all been recently renovated with high-quality materials and very comfortable mattresses. They are equipped with bed linens and towels, which are changed every 3 days. Each room features a smart lock, a desk, a closet, and a Smart TV. The dining area includes a modern kitchen complete with an induction cooktop, a microwave with a crisp function, a kettle, and an electric coffee maker. There are dishes and pots and pans for practical use in the kitchen, and there are 3 separate tables for the 3 rooms. Free parking is available on the public street below. The Giardinetti neighborhood is an area of Rome adjacent to the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) highway loop and is therefore easily accessible by car; it is also well-served by public transportation thanks to the new Metro Line C, which allows you to reach the Basilica of St. John in 20 minutes. Giardinetti is also adjacent to Tor Vergata University and Tor Vergata Hospital. The neighborhood has plenty of supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops.
