Casa Vacanze Viale Patrono d'Italia is a charming 45-square-meter apartment located in the historic center of Santa Maria degli Angeli – Assisi (PG), just a short walk from the Basilica, on the first floor of a completely renovated building. Suitable for up to 3 guests in complete comfort, this bright, cozy, and modern apartment has been designed and furnished to ensure you enjoy a relaxing vacation in this central location.
The Space

Fully equipped with new furnishings and appliances, the kitchen features a wide range of appliances: oven, refrigerator with freezer, stovetop, and dishwasher, as well as a small breakfast nook where you’ll find a capsule coffee machine, an American-style coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
The bedroom, featuring a large closet, has a window overlooking a small courtyard with a view of the main avenue, which is lined with shops, restaurants, local trattorias, bars, and pizzerias.
In the bathroom, which has a window and is equipped with a bidet, toilet, sink, and spacious shower, you’ll find shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and towels. A hair dryer is also available.

Just 150 meters away is Piazza della Porziuncola, home to the Basilica, the Porziuncola and its museum, the Chapel, and the Cortile delle Rose; 200 meters away is the shuttle stop for downtown Assisi; and just 750 meters away the Lyrick Theater, a venue for both national and international productions.
In just about 30 minutes by car, you can reach cities of historical and scenic interest such as Perugia, Spitaletto, Todi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, and many other small villages among the most beautiful in Italy.

Just outside of Assisi. Minutes ride to the Assisi, many restaurants, buses and train station minutes away. Apartment is clean and well supplied. Worth a repeat!
