This detached property is situated on a 2-hectare lot with olive trees, citrus trees, other fruit trees, and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding area, stretching from Capo Vaticano to Scilla and from Messina to Capo Milazzo. It features a large terrace with a barbecue, free Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour front desk. The accommodation, which does not have air conditioning, consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a bidet and shower), and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a flat-screen satellite TV. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine (weekly linens change) and free private parking. Meals can be booked on-site. Unlimited seasonal organic fruit. The house is really well located. It is calm and relaxing. The view is breathtaking and you are in the middle of a beautiful garden.
The house is really well taken care of, it is very clean and you have the wonderful smell of the jasmine at night. We were welcome with fruits from the garden (which are excellent). Ivan and his parents are a very nice family, always willing to help.
We really liked that the house is respectful of the environment. We will come back with great pleasure and will recommend this place to our friends and family. Gracie mille Ivan
