We traveled to Wilmington NC for the first time and there were 6 of us, My husband and I and 3 of our children and one extra (20 somethings). The home was perfect for us and the check-in was easy peasy. I am a clean fanatic and the home met every standard I have. The owners did a great job with the layout and the furniture - we had plenty of room to hang out in the living room and play games. The owners nailed it with extras as well...things we didn't expect. There were power cords for our phones in the living area, comfy blankets, extra cleaning supplies and garbage bags, and even beach towels. The host was very responsive when we had questions, even responding within minutes on a holiday. The highlight of the trip was the pickleball court in the back yard. It gave us that extra special fun as a family. When we come visit again, we will definitely be hoping to be able to stay here!

Great house! Very roomy house with everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, pickle ball supplies, etc. The host has great communication and leaves clear easy instructions on what needs to be done before check out.
