This home is the perfect basecamp for all your western Colorado adventures! As part of the Palisades Legends community, the Blue Skies Casita is located close to the Fruit and Wine byway, the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, Downtown Palisade and so much more! Come home from a day of adventuring and enjoy a dip in the community pool (open mid-May to mid-September) then retreat to a private back yard with gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and dining area. While you're here, enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield while walking our community trails. We even have private bike storage within your private carport to keep your toys safe and ready for action!
Yes! We are a dog friendly community. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional $40/night pet fee plus tax. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit.

I stayed at this property for two weeks while I enjoyed the Palisade wine country. I found the Blue Skies Casita very charming. It was clean, comfortable with an efficient use of space. Although too warm during my stay to use, the backyard patio with fire pit is a nice accessory. Both arrival and departing instructions were easy to follow and key access to the community pool a bonus. The hosts were not intrusive but always available if needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to a small family or couple vacationing in this area. -David Bishop

We had a great time at Blue Skies Calista at Palisades Legends. The house fit our family well. We loved the private patio area and gas fire pit. We used it every evening and most mornings. We also loved the pool area, using that every night too. While we didn’t bring our dog on this trip the subdivision was very dog friendly. Dogs are even allowed in the pool area!We would recommend Blue Skies Calista to anyone visiting western Colorado.

The home is bright and modern with great views from the large windows. The deep black night sky was filled with endless stars. The home decor is appealing, but the thought of staying here was much more pleasant than the actual experience. The furnishings are basic/low quality (IKEA-like). We found the master bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable. The master has standard apartment like vertical blinds which provide zero room darkening. Road noise was also an issue.
