About this house rental
The property features two charming villas located in Pescia Romana, just a stone’s throw from the beaches (Ultima Spiaggia and La Dogana), in a beautiful area where you can enjoy both the Tuscan countryside and the sea. The smaller villa (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and a larger villa (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), are located within the same garden (facing each other) and share a common entrance
The property is situated between the countryside and the sea; there are two houses within the same garden—one larger and one piccola.la smaller. The smaller one, in particular, is close to a train crossing 🚊 It’s not a nuisance, and trains don’t run at night, but to be honest, I prefer it th sappia.Il The large, airy garden is equipped with dining tables and spaces to relax (including hammocks)...
Guest Access
To everyone!
Other things to keep in mind
In addition to being close to the beaches, the house offers easy access to everything a vacationer might need—from supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, gas stations, restaurants, newsstands, and a church to a train and bus station. Furthermore, places of great interest and cultural and scenic value are very easily accessible—we’re talking about Capalbio, Porto Ercole, the Island of Giglio, Saturnia, Talamone, Vulci, and many other places that I myself have discovered only by being there and experiencing the area over the years.
