TRUE TO THE PICTURES, recently remodeled, with new furniture, this house is designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. Comfortable living room, 3 smart TV's, Fast WI-FI, kitchen with all the essentials, one King and 2 Queen beds with all white linens, white comforters and reading lights.
Very private back yard, fully fenced, with oversized pergola, great sitting area and hammock.
ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in vacuum sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

This house is in a quite residential neighborhood, so absolutely no parties, no events, no extra guests and no loud noises please.
Guests, have exclusive access to the whole house and the private, fenced backyard. The code of the electronic lock will be provided on check in day, at 9:00am.

Location was as I expected, easy access around town. Primary suite was good size and really liked the walking closet .. primary shower was way too small, not enough room to even bend over and no where to put your toiletries. Other bedrooms good size and 2nd bath more practical and easy to shower in. Huge dining area, didn't need but nice. Family room offered seating for all of us comfortably. Full size washer and dryer, very nice. Good size kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot Backyard much smaller than pictured and felt a bit overgrown. Nice driveway for plenty of parking. Beds were just okay, seem to be the standard in short term rentals. Host was quick to respond and delivered extra towels for shower and beach needs right away, much appreciated!! Overall, pleasant experience

We had a wonderful stay at The holiday rental in Palm Beach Gardens! Panos is a great host—very responsive and welcoming. The house itself is beautiful, with a spacious driveway, new appliances, and a huge master bedroom with plenty of living space. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a grill and a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I rented this listing for a weekend and were very pleased we did. The property was delightful and 100% as Described! Very clean with a communicative & hospiitable host. Highly recommend.
