Newly built beautiful 2 story spacious townhome, with modern furnishings. Ideally located in the heart of the hotel district. Seven minutes Walk to Dickenson bay, one of the best beaches on island. Walking distance to restaurants , bars and supermarkets. Ten Minutes drive to city center and the airport.

We are a family of 5, and we spent a week in Antigua in April. This property was lovely, and the host, Marlon, was very helpful and available to assist us. This house sleeps 4 comfortably, and Marlon added an air mattress on the floor in one of the bedrooms for my 3rd son. The townhome was clean and comfortable. The location was good and we felt safe there. Parking space right in front of the unit. We enjoyed this beautiful island and its many beaches. Thank you, Marlon, for making our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing.

The house was a lovely house, clean and well-appointed for our family of four. Communication was excellent. We had a great vacation.
We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. The local restaurant, Annas, and the bar further down the road (do not recall the name) were really nice local places to dine and watch the sunset.

I won’t describe how good, or not so good, these items are as it is subjective. This list is not all inclusive, simply what I chose to mention. Pro:Well stocked kitchen and bathroomAir conditioner in each bedroom and in center of first floor which encompassed the kitchen, dining area, and living roomCommunication with owner/managerHas a generator for loss of electricityLayout of both floors was easy to maneuverWasher and dryer Fenced car parking areaSmoke detectorCeiling fans in bedroomsCon:Encountered a cockroach in kitchenSloped floor in master bathroomNo handrail in upper half of stairwellNo exhaust fans in bathroomsOne bathroom shower did not have anywhere to place shampoo, soap, etc. except on the shower floorIn the master bathroom, the sink bowel is on the counter and against the wall so had to stand at an angle as right arm was against wallNo pool/spa or spa tub as mentioned in amenitiesOften there was a creek water odor from both bathroom sinks when water was flowingWalk to beach is via winding street and uphill. You walk on the street as there aren’t any sidewalks or road shoulder.Barking dogs in the neighborhood just about 24/7Frog beeps start at dark. We concluded these were tree frogs.Pots and pans are well used, could be replacedMaster bathroom light is dimGenerator is loud and diesel fumes came into one of the bedrooms.Some nights had street noise from passing vehiclesOften could hear the people in the next unit
