The "Toni & Meri" house is located in the heart of Istria, just 13 km from the capital of Istria, in the village of Borut-Pazin. The location offers excellent access to all other destinations in Istria—in just 30 minutes, you can reach the beautiful Adriatic Sea and the Učka and Cicarija mountains. The house was renovated in 2007 and completed in 2018. The owners have taken care to combine traditional Istrian architecture with modern elements to ensure a pleasant stay. On the first floor, you’ll enjoy relaxing moments in the traditional wine cellar, which features a fireplace. On the first floor, you’ll find two well-equipped kitchens, a dining room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a half-bath. On hot summer days, you can cool off in a large pool surrounded by lush greenery. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and garden. For children, there is a playground for soccer and volleyball. For nature lovers, there is a lake where you can fish, and in the Borut area, you’ll find numerous hiking and biking trails.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toni&Meri’s house for our vacation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need for a wunderfull stay.

We had the most incredible time at the Toni & Meri villa in Borut. We were welcomed by our amazing host, Daniel and soon realised that we have made the best decision by choosing this accommodation. The host's kindness and the thoughtful welcome gifts added a special touch to our experience. The house was impeccably clean, and the fantastic pool provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone. The abundance of bathrooms was a pleasant surprise, ensuring comfort and convenience for our group. This place is highly recommended!
