And you don't have to be an architecture buff to appreciate the details: from the exquisite wooden fretwork to the crystal hardware and delicate chandeliers, this three-story home has been restored to perfection. On the street level, two guestrooms with King beds share a hall bath with a shower and a pedestal sink. The living room, den, kitchen (with 6-burner Wolf range), dining areas (2) and a powder room are on the second floor, and stairs to the third story reveal a master suite with a peek of the sea, a King bed (under a large skylight with an operable blind) and a stunning en suite bath with marble floors and countertops, two vessel sinks, a walk-in shower and a clawfoot tub, all accented with polished gold fixtures. Multiple balconies offer mesmerizing ocean views; Lover's Point beach is just down the street, and all of Pacific Grove's shops, restaurants and cafes are just a short stroll away. Great location! My family of 7 fit perfectly in the house. We loved walking into town and to lovers point beach. Wished we could stayed longer!

Location was great and house was perfect for our family of 4. Enough supplies to last the week, and the check in/check out process went smoothly. House is in great shape and hope to be back! Can see the ocean out the front door and lovers point/restaurants steps away.

The Daffodil House was delightful! It was exactly as pictured and described. The house, and most importantly, the beds were clean and soooo comfortable. Every room had beautiful detail, lots of character and then some. The "daffodil" outer color theme was continued inside, with utensils that were from a line called "Daffodil," with daffodil design, and the dishes/bowls/cups were all yellow, creamy white, and green. And it was on a block with other gorgeous houses, all from the 1800s, early 1900s. The town was lovely, a beach walk just a block away, and the sublime coastal, rocky views visible from the balcony.
We can't wait to plan a return visit!
