About this apartment rental
Our agritourism is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Located in an exclusive setting, it is just 200 meters from the shore of Lake Bracciano.
The agritourism offers comfortable, fully furnished rooms to ensure a pleasant stay.
From the apartment’s windows, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding countryside, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of the landscape.

The easiest way to get to the agritourism is by car; the exact location is listed in the booking details, or you can enter “Tennis Club Vigna di Valle”—a facility across from the agritourism—into your GPS.
Vigna di Valle is located 30 km from the center of Rome, 50 km from Fiumicino Airport and the Port of Civitavecchia—all within a one-hour drive and served by the BraccianoTaxi service (search on Google) for approximately 70 euros.
The Vigna di Valle train station and the nearby Bracciano station are located on the Rome–Viterbo railway line. The Vigna di Valle station is 3.3 km from the agriturismo and can even be reached on foot. The taxi service is based in Bracciano and can be booked to pick you up at either the Vigna di Valle or Bracciano stations; the fare from either station is approximately 15 euros.
There are 15 direct trains per day from Vigna di Valle to Rome, running roughly every hour from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Trains from Bracciano or Vigna di Valle to Rome arrive at Tiburtina Station.
From Rome to Vigna di Valle, there are 27 trains per day running from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., half of which are direct and half require a transfer.

Clean and comfortable historic property in quiet location a stone's throw from Lake Bracciano. Many options for dining at beach restaurants within walking distance and waterfront restaurants in nearby towns. Explore the towns and visit the medieval castle and air force museum close by. Host/hostess were wonderful and delightful conversationalists whom I can count as new friends. Auto GPS and VRBO fail to provide directions to the hotel, so contact host prior to arrival to get precise location. I plan to stay there again on future trips to the lake.
